Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, GlintRush may collect or process:

• Account information: account identifiers associated with Google Play Games and Firebase Authentication. Guest accounts are created without asking for any personal information.
• Player profile information: player name (your Google Play Games name or a name you choose), an automatic guest name, a player number and Player ID, and your chosen avatar and frame.
• Gameplay information: scores, personal bests, game results, challenge attempts, leaderboard results, achievements and game progress.
• Country or region: a country selected manually by the player for country leaderboard purposes.
• Virtual items: Coin and Diamond balances, owned cosmetics and packs, Remove Ads, rewards and related game inventory.
• Purchase information: for purchases made through Google Play, the product and the purchase token Google Play provides, used to confirm the purchase and give you your items. We never receive your card or payment details; Google Play handles payment.
• App activity: information about game sessions, screens, gameplay events and feature usage where analytics are enabled.
• Diagnostics: crash reports, error information and performance information.
• Device or advertising identifiers: identifiers that may be processed by Google services or advertising services where applicable.

2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

GlintRush does not require access to your precise GPS location.

Country information used for country leaderboards is manually selected by the player rather than determined using GPS.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain GlintRush.
• Authenticate players.
• Save cloud-backed player progress.
• Operate Global and Country leaderboards.
• Operate Daily and Weekly ranked challenges.
• Prevent cheating, abuse and fraudulent reward claims.
• Manage Coins, Diamonds, cosmetics, packs and achievements.
• Confirm Google Play purchases and deliver what was bought.
• Understand game usage and improve features.
• Detect crashes and technical problems.
• Display advertising where applicable.
• Meet legal and security obligations.

4. Google Play Games and Firebase

GlintRush may use Google Play Games Services and Firebase services provided by Google.

These services may support:

• Player authentication
• Cloud-backed accounts
• Database storage
• Leaderboards
• Ranked challenges
• Analytics
• Crash reporting
• Security and abuse prevention, including Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity, which checks that requests come from a genuine copy of the game

Information processed through Google services is also subject to Google's applicable privacy terms and policies.

5. Advertising

GlintRush may offer optional rewarded advertisements.

Players may voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-game reward such as Coins.

Advertising providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, interaction information and technical information where permitted by applicable law and Google Play requirements.

Watching an advertisement is not required to save a legitimate game score or submit a ranked result.

6. Children and Families

GlintRush is a casual brain and reaction game. Where GlintRush is made available to children, LucidVale Interactive intends to handle applicable data and advertising in accordance with Google Play Families requirements and applicable privacy laws.

We do not intentionally ask children to provide sensitive personal information such as their home address, telephone number or precise location.

A parent or guardian who wants information associated with a child reviewed or deleted may contact LucidVale Interactive.

7. Data Sharing

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate GlintRush, including services for authentication, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, security and advertising.

LucidVale Interactive does not sell personal information.

8. Data Security

GlintRush uses services that transmit information through encrypted connections such as HTTPS/TLS.

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect player information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

9. Data Retention

Player information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide GlintRush features, maintain account records, operate leaderboards, protect the service from abuse and comply with legal obligations.

Guest accounts (not linked to Google) that haven't been opened for 180 days, and guest accounts left behind when a player switches to their Google account, are deleted automatically in the same way.

When an account is deleted, its sign-in, profile, progress, balances, items and leaderboard entries are deleted. To prevent fraud we keep a small record without your name, region, progress or items: records of already-claimed purchases and rewards (so they can't be claimed twice), the history of each Google Play purchase and any refund (order ID, what was given, spent and taken back), which we need for refunds and payment disputes, and a note that the Player ID was deleted (so it is never reused). We may also keep information where the law requires it.

10. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your GlintRush account and its data at any time, inside the game: Profile → Delete account, then confirm and type CONFIRM. This works for Google-linked and guest accounts.

11. Your Choices

You can play every game as a guest without signing in. Guest progress is saved to a guest account and can be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change phones. A guest account that isn't opened for 180 days is deleted, and so is a guest account you leave behind when you switch to a Google account's save.

Signing in with Google Play Games backs up your progress and is needed for:

• Global and Country leaderboards
• Daily and Weekly ranked challenges
• Choosing a player name and region
• Purchases through Google Play

In the game's Settings you can turn sound, music and vibration on or off and change how ads may use your data (Privacy choices).

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if GlintRush features, services, data practices or legal requirements change.
