Delete Your GlintRush Account

You can request deletion of your GlintRush: Brain Arcade account and associated account data.

Delete From the App

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, inside the game. This works for Google-linked accounts and for guest accounts.

  1. Open GlintRush and go to Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Read what will be deleted, then confirm.
  4. Type CONFIRM and tap Delete.

Your account is deleted straight away and you return to the start screen. Deletion can't be undone.

Please include your Player ID so we can find your account. It looks like GR-XXXX-XXXX and is shown under your name on the Profile screen. If you no longer have it, include your player name and the Google Play Games account you used.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Deleting your account removes:

  • Your GlintRush sign-in (Google-linked or guest)
  • Your player profile: player name, chosen region, avatar and frame
  • Cloud-saved progress: Journey levels, stars, personal bests, statistics and achievements
  • Daily and Weekly challenge attempts
  • Your leaderboard entries
  • Coins and Diamonds
  • Owned items and packs, and Remove Ads

Items, Diamonds and Remove Ads bought with Google Play can't be moved to a new account after deletion.

Data That May Be Retained

To prevent fraud, we keep a small record that doesn't contain your name, region, progress or items:

  • Records of Google Play purchases and rewards that were already claimed, so the same purchase or reward can't be claimed twice
  • The history of each Google Play purchase and refund (order ID, what it gave, and what was spent or taken back), needed for refunds and payment disputes
  • A note that the account was deleted, so its Player ID is never given to anyone else

Google keeps its own records of Google Play payments under Google's privacy policy. We may also keep information where the law requires it.

Deletion Processing

Once sufficient information has been provided to identify and verify the relevant GlintRush account, the deletion request will be processed within a reasonable period.
